Being a part of Basketball Without Borders gave me the unique opportunity to teach internationally to kids who might not otherwise have an opportunity to play.  One of my fondest memories was working with the top 100 boys in Africa at a camp in Johannesburg–they were so respectful and grateful!  I also had the privilege of leading the first NBA BWB clinic for girls in South Africa. Unfortunately the girls don’t have a lot of opportunities, but it was a start!
