Getting inducted into the Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame with Jerry Rice was absolutely incredible.  I have known Jerry for years, and he is one of the athletes I looked up to the most!  His work ethic is second to none.  I’m not really into awards, but what was great about the event was that it gave our community an idea of how far the women’s game has come over the last 20 years.  To be in a position to receive such an honor is a credit to those who built the game before me so that I could have so many incredible opportunities.
